Winter is here in full force in Australia, but to all my smoothie lovers – I’ve come to save the day!

I have come up with my favourite Winter Smoothies I want to share with you, that incorporate all the incredible produce we have in winter, the warming flavours and most importantly well balanced and nourishing! You can sip on these delights for a sweet fix, a breaky on the run or just enjoy them because they are so damn delicious!

This smoothie is loaded with goodness. It will assist your body to detoxify and hydrate it at any time of the day! You can mix and match the choice of fruit, maybe one day try a Green Apple, the next Orange, whatever winter fruits take your fancy!

It is super refreshing and hydrating which is sometimes what we forget we need during the colder months.

Ingredients (*Chose organic where possible)

Thumbnail-sized piece of ginger (grated)

1 cup Coconut Water

1 stick of Celery

1 handful of Kale/Spinach (I love using both!)

1 handful Kiwi

1 large sprig of Parsley

Method

Add all ingredients to your blender/Nutribullet, blend for 1minute and enjoy!
