INGREDIENTS (*CHOOSE ORGANIC WHERE POSSIBLE)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 4 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Bean
Add all the ingredients to a blender, mix well until smooth.
In a large frying pan, melt coconut oil and pour mixture to fill the pan (a think pancake)
Cook for 3 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Serve with Fresh Berries, Choc Chips, Banana AND ANYTHING THAT YOU LOVE!
