Who doesn’t LOVE Anzac Biscuits!!!!

I mean they are seriously delish! However, all the ones I have found are sadly filled with crap and make me feel even worse after I eat them…

So I do what I do best and that is to recreate a delish, nourishing, healthified recipe! BOOM!!

Bliss Balls are my all time quick healthy snack to whip up because they literally take 10mins.

So next time you need a sweet treat or to banish a craving whip up these bad boys and your body will thank you for it.

ANZAC BLISS BALLS


INGREDIENTS (CHOOSE ORGANIC WHERE POSSIBLE*)

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats (GF Oats or use Quinoa Flakes)
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Cashews 
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or Rice Malt Syrup for Fructose Free Version) 
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Beans or Vanilla Bean Essence  
  • Dash salt

METHOD 

Add coconut, cashews and oats into processor, lightly blitz.

Add remaining ingredients and blitz on high until crumbly consistency forms. Be careful not to over process.

Divide with a tbsp and roll into balls. Place in fridge for 30 mins to set. 

Keep in fridge for 5 days or Freeze the balls for longer! 

Now try not to eat them all in one sitting!!
